Kimberley Piper joined the MCRE team in 2020, bringing with her over two decades of experience in commercial real estate with a specialty in marketing and promoting opportunities in secondary markets, specifically those West of the GTA.
After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at McMaster University, Kimberley joined the team at CBRE in 2000 as a senior sales associate focusing on the leasing of industrial, commercial, and office space in the Brantford, Hamilton, and Niagara areas.
Her commitment to identifying new and creative opportunities for her clients in emerging markets outside the GTA has led to an impressive record of success and client satisfaction. Kimberley’s extensive involvement in the communities in which she does business has made her an invaluable resource for clients and other agents, alike. In addition to membership with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), and the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Kimberly is also a Rotary Club member and serves on the Board of the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. Her past accomplishments include serving as president for both the Flamborough Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Waterdown.
