Initially starting his career as a marine biologist and eventually becoming a private marine captain, Steve joined Coldwell Banker (after several mergers, Coldwell Banker would eventually become the “CB” in CBRE) in 1985 as the Vice President Office Leasing and has been working in real estate ever since.
Enthused by Peres’ unique approach to real estate, Steve joined MCRE in 2015 after over 30 years working for multinational, brand-name brokerages.
Not only is Steve one of the most competent and experienced agents on the team but also he’s a prolific author.
