Founder and visionary behind MCRE, Steve built a successful career in commercial real estate by always acting with integrity and providing his clients with honest, transparent, and competent advice. It was his drive to provide the best possible experience for his clients that led to the founding of MCRE in 2012.
After completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, Steve began his career as a vice president for CBRE, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages.
While at CBRE, his focus was on representing clients in the sale, lease, acquisition, and construction/design of commercial properties throughout the West end of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
For 20 years, Steve worked for CBRE and other brand-name brokerages racking up plenty of awards and accolades along the way. The following are a few of the many accomplishments he has earned over his career:
Awarded Sales Rookie of the Year in 1996
Two-time winner of CBRE’s Broker’s Choice award (awarded to agents who act with integrity and provide exceptional service to clients)
Consistently rated a Top 10 agent
Since 2012, Steve has led the MCRE team and to date has completed over 200 office, industrial and retail leasing transactions and sold over $15 million of commercial real estate to or for his clients.
Steve lives in Oakville, Ontario, with his wife and two sons. When he’s not working tirelessly to get the best possible deal for his clients, you might find him cheering at a college football game—go, Wolverines!
